I found out that I'm only entitled to RM40 Jusco rebate voucher. How sad. I expected more because I remember spending a lot at Jusco the last 6 months. They must have miscalculated. Oh well..

It Was Not As Expected

Went to watch the Harry Potter preview screening last night at Mid Valley. I would say I REGRET big time wasting 2 ½ hours of my time watching that lousy stupid worst ever movie. I seriously feel the title of this sixth series of this dumb movie be changed to either one of these that I feel will make a better substitute:

1. Harry Potter and the Death of Dumbledore
2. Harry Potter and the Transport Cabinet
3. Harry Potter and the Romance in Hogwarts
4. Harry Potter The Weak and Coward Wizard

The story didn’t focus on the Half Blood Prince at all. You’ll find out who the Half Blood Prince at the end of the show. Dumbledore who is known as the greatest wizard died just like that without putting up any fight. Whatever it is, there was no climax at all. It just ends like that.

I’ve read reviews on this movie. However some said the ending and the no climax part was intentionally done as a giant set up for the last two installments of HP.
Before entering the cinema we were required to surrender our handphones and any other electronic device to the RELA members. The entrance to the hall was guarded by these RELA people and all of us were scanned from top to toe to make sure we didn’t bring in any of those devices with us.

I seriously feel there’s no need to do all that for this Harry Potter film. Not at all worth it.

Free Harry Potter Tix

I won 2 free tix to watch the preview screening of Harry Potter tomorrow night. The problem now is I don’t know whether I will be able to watch this sixth series of the popular HP film. There will be an internal review at the office at 2.30pm tomorrow evening and I’m pretty much sure that the discussion will go on way beyond 6pm. If I can get away at 7pm I will consider myself lucky! If not…then just too bad I’ll just have to let go this golden opportunity! Urghh! I hate to be in this kind of situation. I am so looking forward to watching this movie and there’s this obstacle in my path!!

Went to Mines with hubby after work today simply to get myself some inner wear and I saw this cute little sofa when I happened to pass by Giant. It was on clearance sale and only three units left. They come in many different colors but only two maroons and this particular color left. Bought it for RM70. I feel it’s a good steal. Normal selling price is RM100. It’s solid and comfy and I bought it especially for Dani!

Update: Just got an sms from my PM saying that the discussion will start earlier at 10am...hahaha...Will.I.Am drop the beat now..boom boom boom!

Pain Everywhere!

I woke up this morning with a terrible pain in my right wrist. It took me quite a while to identify the cause to it and only now I realized that the pain is due to the rapid motions of the computer mouse by my wrist. I spent the whole day yesterday playing the latest Wedding Dash game which requires a lot of clicking and maneuvering of the mouse. It’s been a while since I last played any computer games and I don’t recall having any pains with my wrist before this. Funny. The pain is really annoying ok like the sakit hati kind of pain. Hoping it will go off soon. Looks like I have to put a temporarily stop to playing all the games that I’ve downloaded to prevent further strain and injury to my wrist.

I feel so unmotivated recently. There are many reasons behind it. The most common reasons contributing to it is my job and my pregnancy. The former takes up 70% of being the cause and the latter 30%. I feel like quitting my job, waking up late everyday, kicking somebody in the ass, become an arsonist (I feel like setting fire on someone)…

Argggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! In short I hate everyone I’m closely working with! I’m being treated unfairly and that is so NOT fair!To those who mistreated me, you’re gonna get your fair share. Just wait and see. I repeat. Just wait and see. God is GREAT!

World Continuity Congress Malaysia 2009

Yesterday I attended the World Continuity Congress 2009 (WCC) organized by BCM Institute and co-sponspored by Nisa Advanced Solutions Sdn Bhd (ahem!) at Hotel Singgahsana PJ. It was a very informative event on Business Continuity Management (BCM). There was a lucky draw at the end of the day and I was the last lucky person to get myself a free USB VOiP Skype phone and a USB pendrive. *all smiles*

Enuff is Enuff

My hubby is an avid fan of Adidas. I don't know how but this time around I finally managed to convince him to buy this one (as shown in pic). Imagine 4 years of Adidas shoes for my kids. How boring. Enough is enough!!

It's Been Decided

13 months old

I’ve finally decided. I won’t be able to breastfeed my second son until he is two. Lately I get so tired to express my milk at the office and after work. And like it or not I definitely have to stop because eventually my tummy will grow bigger and by then I will no longer feel comfortable to BF. Plus once I put on the maternity gown (I prefer gown to blouse) you don’t expect me to pull up the dress all the way up when I want to BF right. Also I don’t want to get stressed out. I need a break before I continue BF my third child. So let me rest.

But I’ll just keep on BF my son direct until the milk production slows down. It’s just that I will no longer express my milk when I’m at the office. There’s still stock in the fridge. I estimate they will last for another two weeks.

Bad News

Something bad happened to my car on Tuesday. Somebody injured it. At first I wish not to blog about this but I want it to be recorded in my blog. There's a deep dent just an inch away from my right rear lights. Lucky the lampu tak pecah ok if not $$$$. Something sharp must have caused it. At first sight it looks like white bird shit on the surface of the affected area. A lorry must have done this to my car. I wish the stupid idiot driver will fall sick for a year.

I've yet to take a picture of the damage. Will definitely bring my car to the car shop to touch up the affected area. Will post up the before and after picture when it's done.

This incident happened at my current project office. Another reason for me to hate that place.

My New Love

Feel Like in a Chicken Coop

I dislike my current project office. Really. Usually we are provided a room to do our work. But at this current place we’re put right smack in front of the entrance where people come in and out every 5 minutes. There’s no privacy to talk, discuss or gossip ok. We can but of course we have to lower our voice to a whisper. I know it’s not their fault for not giving us a room coz even they don’t have enough space for themselves!

Because of that I always feel demotivated to go to the office. Also because of that I don’t mind at all going to Damansara when I’m required to although parking there is a bit tough. I can get decent food at my HQ and the environment is far better than at this horrible place. The food sux here you don’t get fabulous food to choose from. Everyday is the same lauk sold at the food hawker.

Before this they blocked Blogspot. Recently I found out Facebook has been banned too. We’re located in the IT deparment so I guess probably one of the personnel there saw me Facebooking and got very jealous maybe and banned that site. Hello, I don’t FB all the time ok and of course I’m not that stupid to FB every minute because I obviously know I’m in the open. Stupid cow.

I just hate it there.

Ben 10

Gwen and Ben?

A couple of months back, we bought Dani a Ben 10 watch since he is so obsessed with the cartoon Ben 10. He has never liked any other cartoon character this much. He wants to have a hairstyle just like Ben 10 and has been asking us to buy him the outfit as well because he wanted to look like the superhero. Well back to this watch thingie, it comes with an alien figure Swampfire to stick on the surface of the watch. You will hear the alien voice when you press the button at the sides of the watch which will pop up the alien. Every alien has a unique voice of their own but all the other aliens are sold separately. Dani now has three of them; Swampfire, Jetray and Goop.

Okay what's that now? That's Kevin's car. I don't know much about this cartoon series so I asked Dani who Kevin is. He said Kevin is Gwen's boyfriend and a friend of Ben. He also said that Kevin is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Is it? I bought this remote control car for him this morning at Jusco. I am on leave today because i feel so very weak and just wanted to stay in bed but since i'm running out of laundry powder i had to force myself to go to Jusco. If not, the dirty clothes will pile up. Dani insisted that i buy him a toy car. I explained to him that i don't have much money and told him not to expect expensive one. I already set my mind to buy him a car with a maximum price of RM20. He was ok with it. Kids, what do they know? Cheap or expensive they're all the same. When we were at the toy's department i saw this Kevin's car. On the box it was priced RM249.90. On the shelve it displayed RM79.90. I was like wow so cheap i must definitely get this. Like this is the opportunity to get the car at a really cheap discounted price. I showed it to Dani and he was so excited to get hold of it. But a part of me feels it's not real so i double checked with the sales person there. To my disappointment, there was no discount, the prices displayed on the shelves were misleading. Stupid Jusco.

In the end i bought that car because i knew how much Dani will love and enjoy playing with it. I told him to take really good care of the car. You can see how happy he is with that smile on his face. I feel the car is a little bit overpriced. It should be around hundred plus coz it doesn't have that much special function. It's just like any other ordinary remote control cars but because of the brand Ben 10 the price is like that. As long as Dani's happy that's what matters most.

Newest Addition to My Home Decor

Isn't it just so cute/adorable? Yes that miniature tea set is mine mine mine now. Bought it for RM117 inclusive of delivery charges and it's already nicely placed on my white butler tray. Imagine how happy I am today...:D today's work stress all gone!

My 3rd Pregnancy

If I calculate it right I am now 6 weeks pregnant. I’ve finally been able to accept the fact that I’m pregnant. It’s not that I’m not thankful to God or what it’s just that I didn’t expect this to happen so fast. One of the reasons is because I’m not like some other people who gets pregnant easily. Maybe this happened because my midwife who took care of me during my last confinement really took good care of my womb and positioned it back nicely. But after giving it much thought it’s just a matter of conceiving cepat or lambat. So it’s better now. My EDD would be sometime middle January 2010.

My gynae is on a long leave until end June. So I will have to wait until then for my first check up. This morning I went to Assunta for Rayyan’s one year jab (Chicken pox) and Dr. Lim, on behalf of Dato Menon prescribed Folic acids for me. She’s so kind! I am still exclusively breastfeeding Rayyan and I raised my concern to the doctor. According to her it’s absolutely OK to continue nursing through my pregnancy. In a normal pregnancy there is no evidence that continuing to breastfeed will deprive your unborn child of necessary nutrients. Dr. Lim also said that the flavor of my milk will gradually change/become bitter and Rayyan may nurse less often and will wean entirely on his own. She told me to express my milk less frequent if I don’t plan to continue nursing but I told her that I intend to nurse Rayyan as long as I can. (Actually, I’m also secretly hoping that if I nurse while pregnant I can maintain/reduce my weight gain, haha). Well well well…we’ll see how everything goes..

So this year’s Raya I’ll be donning the maternity dress instead of baju kebaya/kurung. Nasib baik I didn’t send my kains to the tailor the other day. I guess I have to keep them back nicely in the drawer and wait until next year.

Rina is...

PREGNANT again just a year after giving birth to Rayyan...

She is still in shock and have not really settled with the idea of being pregnant again..(she just bought a new green office shirt just now! Should have bought a maternity blouse instead..)

But it's not that bad after all..the age gap between the second and third child will be 2 years..

So tomorrow she will call up Assunta Hospital to make an appointment with dear Dr. Menon..

P/S: Until Rina gets confirmation from her gynae, this could be false alarm because Rina used the cheapest pregnancy test kit..hehehe..

Happy Birthday Rayyan!

It’s Rayyan’s 1st birthday today. Too bad I had to work on this very special day but it’s ok, we can always have a proper celebration (with cakes, balloons and etc) for him at a later date right?

Did you know that Kenny Rogers @ Jusco Equine ran out of chicken last night? In fact it was in the news last night. We were already there seated ready to order and all only to be told by the waiter that they didn’t have any chicken left! And it’s only 8.15pm ok. Apparently, according to the waiter they face the same problem every other Mondays due to the large crowd. I think that’s a stupid and invalid reason to give. Takde kene mengena. They should have known/forecast in advance. It’s the salary week and naturally many people dine out during this time. So they should have more chicken idiot! No wonder the place was partially empty.

We finally ended up at KFC. We didn’t bother to proceed to Pizza Hut coz we knew for sure there wouldn’t be any vacant tables for us.

Happy Birthday dear Rayyan Ismael! I love you sooooo much boy!

Blogspot Blocked

The Internet at the new project office has banned/blocked Blogspot. Can you believe it? I can only read but unable to sign in to my account to update my blog. So there will be no updating works from the project office for the next 4 months!! Evil!

I’ll be turning 29 tomorrow and hubby will turn 32! Yes, tomorrow is OUR birthday! Happy Birthday to Rina & Nizam!

Stupid Moron

Today I have to work from the HQ. I was so pissed off this morning that I became a samseng okay! You know how damn hard it is to get a parking here in Uptown. After two rounds of searching and trying my luck I decided to stick to my usual plan which is to park at the side and wait for someone to get out. And so I waited. 10 minutes later someone was getting out and I gave my signal. Before I could get in a car behind me overtook me and parked his car in. I was so furious I wound down my window and shouted ‘hey you stupid big fat moron can’t you see my signal?? You’d better watch out!!!’

I didn’t want to be rude or what okay but I just had to because the couple in the car were so freaking rude. Firstly they stole my parking and when the old lady got out from the car she didn’t even bother to look at me to say sorry or at least smile? Arrogant some more! Dahla tua kerepot I can just fight you off easily la!! And the old fat man too just refused to look at me in the eye! Stupid idiot!

Fret Not! I'm Still Alive and Kicking!

This is serious. I’ve been receiving many fan mails asking my whereabouts and like why I have not been updating my blog. Firstly million thanks for your support and for continuously checking my blog for updates. And SORRY people…it’s not that I don’t want to update my blog or what…it’s just that I NEED a PROPER PC to do so. Remember my BENQ notebook? The one that got struck by lightning? Yea..eversince that notebook of mine died I have not gotten a replacement. Well, actually it’s in the process. I’ve been thinking of getting a desktop instead since I’m planning to install a CCTV. Oh dear, been really busy and of course there’s a lot of thinking to do before we simply settle down with anything!

Yes, I do have my office notebook with me but it’s obsolete, really. I can’t upload my pictures from the phone. It gets hang in the middle of the transferring process. Pity me? You’d better be! And doing anything with it will take ages. Err boss..if you’re reading this did you get the message? :D

On top of that, I’ve been really busy with work too. We’ve just started on a new project and there’s a lot of work to be done. Interviews, analysis, studying and etc. I lost another kilo you know!! You go girl Rina!

Guess what? On the 25th of April, I got myself a gorgeous blackish purple bag! (picture to be uploaded one day..) I love it so much. And last Saturday I got myself 6 new work clothes and a casual blouse (which I bought last night to relieve my tension..if you’re on my Facebook, you’ll surely know what I mean!)

My second boy can already walk! He’s already 11 months. How time flies. Maybe I can already start trying for a third one?

Okay, gotta go. Dani just asked me ‘Mama, what should I do?’ I guess he wants to spend some time with me.

Rina's Back!

Oh no! I totally forgot that my blog existed! It’s been close to a month since I last wrote something. I’ve been really occupied lately with work, new hobbies and etc. Soon I’ll be embarking on a new project in KL so bye-bye to busy Uptown. So no more worrying about finding a descent parking and preparing coins every night.

Have I blogged about the bowling friendly match that was supposed to happen tomorrow? Good thing it has been postponed to a later date. Apparently the Head of this so called Jabatan that Nisa’ will be competing against could not make it tomorrow. Hooray, I hope it will be cancelled terus! I can already imagine people boo’ing at my so lack of skill at throwing the ball! Nisa’ has come up with a T-shirt designed especially for the tournament. The designs are pretty cool. I hope to see some pink color on it :D well, that’s if my suggestion is taken into consideration.

Rayyan is 10 months and he can already walk one, two steps unaided. He’s getting cuter and cuter each day. He loves to smile..ahh that sweet smile of his. I just can’t resist it. It’s like a smile that will draw everybody’s attention. I’m already imagining how pretty girls will fall for him, HAHA!! Oh ya, Rayyan’s pic came out in this months’ Pa&Ma edition in the Birthday column. Go check it out!

Dani on the other side is like already so grown up! I told him not to grow up so fast. I just feel so sedih ok I don’t know why. He’s getting more independent. He loves BEN 10 a lot and can now watched cartoons on Cartoon Network because he can already follow and understand those more complex cartoons. Previously it was only Playhouse Disney..you know those Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Noddy, My Friend Tigger and Pooh, Thomas and Friends, The Imagination Movers and etc.
